Leadbox.mobi respects your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, store, process, transfer, share and use data that identifies or is associated with you ("personal information") and information regarding our use of cookies and similar technologies. When you use our websites, applications and widgets, you agree to our collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of information as described in this policy.

Personal information we collect about you and how we use it

We ask for and may collect personal information about you such as your name, address, phone number, email address, instant messaging ID, and credit card information, as well as certain related information like your company name and website name, when you register for an account to access or utilize one or more of our Services (an “Account”). We also ask for and collect personal information such as an email address and a name or alias from any individual that you authorize to log into and utilize our Services in connection with Your Account.

If you sign-up for a free trial Account, you are not required to enter your credit card information unless and until you decide to continue with a paid subscription to our Services. A third-party intermediary is used to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use your billing information for any purpose except for credit card processing on our behalf.

By logging in with Facebook or Gmail accounts, the user agrees to provide and permit LeadBox to use and share all available information.

We process personal information about individuals that are our direct customers and, where our customer is a business or similar entity, individuals that are our customer’s customers, employees, agents and other representatives. These individuals about whom we collect personal information are referred to as "you" throughout this Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information about you when you voluntarily submit information directly to us when you access leadbox.mobi. This can include information you provide to us when you register for an account, fill in a form, correspond with us via the leadbox.mobi, Websites, phone, email or otherwise, subscribe to our mailing lists, newsletters or other forms of marketing communications, respond to surveys or use some other feature of the Services as available from time to time.

If you choose not to provide personal information, we may not be able to provide the Services to you or respond to your other requests.

We automatically collect personal information about you indirectly about how you access and use leadbox.mobi and information about the device you use to access leadbox.mobi.

We may link or combine the personal information we collect about you and the information we collect automatically. This allows us to provide you with a personalized experience regardless of how you interact with us.

We may anonymise and aggregate any of the personal information we collect, including information about individuals that are your subscribers, website visitors or customers (so that it does not directly identify you or them). We may use anonymised information for purposes that include testing our IT systems, research, data analysis, improving leadbox.mobi and developing new products and features. We may also process information about individuals that are subscribers, website visitors or customers of our customers (which we call "Customer Data").

From time to time with your consent we may contact you with relevant information about the Services. For some messages, we may use personal information we collect about you to help us determine the most relevant information to share with you.

As required in accordance with how we use it, we will share your personal information with service providers and advisors, purchasers and third parties in connection with a business transaction, law enforcement, regulators and other parties for legal reasons.

Storing and transferring your personal information

Security.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, change or damage. All personal information we collect will be stored on secure servers. All electronic transaction entered into via our Website will be protected by SSL encryption technology. Where you register for an account on the Services, you are responsible for maintaining your account’s security.

International Transfers of your Personal Information. The personal information we collect may be transferred to and stored in countries outside of the jurisdiction you are in where we and our third party service providers have operations. If you are located in the European Union ("EU"), your personal information will be processed outside of the EU including in the United States; these international transfers of your personal information are necessary for the performance of our agreement with you in order to provide the Services. We will transfer your personal information for any of the purposes identified in this policy to our subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, and business partners that may be located outside of the jurisdiction where you are located.  The laws in those jurisdictions may not provide the same level of data protection compared to the laws in your country.

Request that we stop using your information

You may request that your personal information no longer be accessed, stored, used and otherwise processed where you believe that a Leadbox.mobi Subscriber or we do not have the appropriate rights to do so. For example, if you believe a Services account was created for you without your permission or you are no longer an active user, you can request that we delete your account as provided in this Policy. Where you gave us consent to use your personal information for a limited purpose, you can contact us to withdraw that consent. You can also opt-out of our use of your personal information for marketing purposes by contacting us, as provided below. When you make such requests, we may need time to investigate and facilitate your request. Please note that an end-user of a Leadbox.mobi Subscriber should first contact Leadbox.mobi’s Subscriber with a request to stop access, storage, use of personal information. If there is delay or dispute as to whether we have the right to continue using your personal information, we will restrict any further use of your personal information until the request is honored or the dispute is resolved, provided the Leadbox.mobi Subscriber does not object (where applicable).

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Leadbox.mobi uses cookies to help leadbox.mobi identify and track visitors, their usage of leadbox.mobi. Leadbox.mobi visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies. Certain features of leadbox.mobi may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
